Description of Materials

Monthly Budget Organizer - The manual budget organizer is a three ring binder with color coded tabs and forms.  It is easy to use and very effective for setting up a monthly budget and tracking your daily expenses by category.  Forms can be downloaded above using the Adobe Reader.  The booklet, "Using the Budget Book Organizer" explains how to use the Budget Book.  The computer program version can be downloaded above (MS Excel required).  If you get a request for a password just cancel the window.  Once the program is downloaded, save it in your computer.  I suggest that you save each completed month as a separate file for your records (for example, BudgetJan01, BudgetFeb01, etc.).

Spending Record - is a program that will track your monthly and annual income and spending.  Once the program is downloaded, save it in your computer.  At the end of each month you simply insert the monthly totals from the Budget Organizer (MS Excel required).

Transition Worksheet - is a program that will help you during the transition period from living paycheck to paycheck to month to month.  It will guide you in the allocation of your N.S.I. in each pay period to the budgeted categories based on the priority and due dates.

On-Line Budget Service - The budget service is designed to help you put a budget together based on your personal information.  By conducting a customized analysis of your data, we will forward you a completed budget recommendation and a comment sheet referencing short, mid and long term concerns.  Mike Coe will personally look at the data that you submit via an easy to complete survey form.  With his extensive background of working with thousands of families with different income ranges and debt levels, he will be able to give you invaluable insight into your situation.  If you have a copy of MS Excel on your computer, we will send your completed budget and debt repayment plan using our Budget Planner.  If you do not have MS Excel, we will forward your budget and debt overview using our Form 2 and Form 5.  You can then order from us the Budget Organizer ($15) or download the materials from the web site to construct your own Budget Organizer.  We have a custom set of divider tabs that you can order for only $5 or you can purchase a set of tabs (15 divider) from your local office supply. 


Booklets - Each of the booklets are approximately 10-15 pages long.  They are designed to be used in a group or class format or as an individual study guide.

Money Management Bible Study - is a comprehensive study that references hundreds of scripture verses and Biblical principles relating to money.  There are 12 chapters that take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete each.  Serves as a great devotional or study book to be used alone, as a couple or in a small group Bible study/Sunday School class format.  It will help give you the correct Biblical attitude as you begin to develop the right relationship with your money.

Budget Organizer Book - The Budget Book is used to organize and track your monthly budget.  The book is a three ring binder complete with a set of named and colored tabs specifically designed and made for the Money Management for the Christian series.  Replacement forms are available FREE for download from this web site.


Budget Organizer Book Forms - The Budget Book forms are designed to be used with the manual budget system.  They can serve as replacement forms or you can use the forms to set up your own budget book using a three ring binder.  It is recommended that you also download the Booklet "Using The Budget Organizer".

Insurance Overview - Handout - This handout summarizes all of the different forms of insurance in picture form with example limits.  Can be used as a guide to help you organize your insurance plans.

The Big Picture - Handout - Money Management - The Big Picture presentation handout summarizing the entire class in picture form. (see CLASSES).

Session Review Questions - Review questions for all nine sessions taught in both the Money Management Series and the Financial Freedom Seminar (see CLASSES).

Session Slide Shows - The session slide shows are MS Power Point slide shows formatted for the internet.

Session Lesson Plans - The lesson plans are available for those who desire to teach a class in your local church (see Small Group Materials).  They are a guide to provide you with the key elements of each lesson.

Budget Book Custom Tabs - The tabs are colored coded (yellow/red/green/purple) with each category name on the tabs.  They can be used in conjunction with the Budget Book forms and a three ring binder to build your own budget book.  The booklet, "Using the Budget Book Organizer" explains how to use the Budget Book.


Money Management - Small Group Materials - These are the recommended materials you will need to start a small group Money Management class in your church, home, school, community, for your employees, or even for your family.  All of the materials can be downloaded from this website (at no charge) or ordered from C.O.E., Inc. for a recommended donation to cover the cost required to produce the materials.  The facilitator's kit is a prepackaged kit of materials and offers everything the group facilitator needs to lead a small group.  You can order individual class member kits (class workbook and budget book) or download the materials and make the needed copies to construct your own books.  The budget book can be constructed using the budget book forms, a 1" three ring binder with generic divider tabs or you can order our custom colored and labeled tab set.  Our goal is to make it possible for you to start a Money Management series as affordable as possible.  START NOW!

Audio Tapes - There are two different audio tape sets.  The Small Group audio tape set is designed as a :10 to :15 preview of each of the nine sessions.  This 8 tape set can be used by the facilitator during preparation for the class or during the class time as an introduction to the session.  The second audio tape set contains 8 complete sessions and are approximately 1 hour in length each.
